Eric and Brent Hystek along with Derek Shepherd founded the company and together with their core staff of dedicated professionals, they provide a full range of support and services in all areas of landscape design, construction and maintenance.

Eric Hystek, a talented Designer who graduated from the Fanshawe College Landscaping program, is the driving force behind the company.  He maintains a high level of involvement in each and every stage of the landscaping project from consultation and initial planning to final project implementation.

Brent Hystek possesses a Bachelor of Science specializing in Landscaping Architecture from Ryerson University. He has a passion for truly innovative landscape design that complements the home and is a natural extension of the client’s living space.

Derek Shepherd started working for Outdoor Innovations Landscaping in it's early years which is the company that founded Earthworks. Over the last number of years he has been a student in the field and learned much about landscape construction and horticulture. He believes in providing strong and courteous customer service. Derek is also a steward of the environment and will be looking for innovative new ways to mesh the environmental movement with landscape design and installation.
