Earthworks Landscape Supply was founded in 2007 by Eric, Brent, and Derek, who brought over a decade of experience in landscaping to the business. What started as a small operation, with the three working out of a cube van to complete projects for local customers, has grown into a respected company with more than 30 employees. Today, we provide a wide range of services, including landscape design and installation, while also supplying contractors and homeowners through our garden center. Our team is focused on quality work, reliable service, and meeting the needs of every project—big or small. Now with over 15 years in business, we remain committed to delivering practical, cost-effective solutions that help our customers transform their outdoor spaces.

Do you do tree plantings?Yes, you can purchase a tree, and we can deliver and plant it for you!

Do you carry pond supplies?Yes, we offer a wide variety of pond supplies.

Do you sell sod?Yes, we sell sod. It is typically available from mid-April to early May, and we recommend placing your pre-order at least one week in advance of when you need it.

Our Process

Initial Inquiry & Review No payment required
The first step in our process is to reach out to Earthworks Landscape Supply with your project details. Once we receive your information, our team will carefully review it to understand your needs and assess whether we’re the right fit for your project.
Within 5 business days, we’ll respond to gather any additional details and, if necessary, schedule a site visit to further evaluate your project.

Site Visit & Meeting No payment required
If we determine we’re a good fit for your project, we’ll schedule a site meeting with one of our team members to discuss your landscape vision and budget in more detail. During this meeting, our team member will assess whether a landscape design is needed and provide information on the associated design fees, ensuring we align with your goals and expectations before moving forward.

Measurments & Additonal Info Payment required
If a design is determined to be necessary and the design fee is agreed upon during the initial site visit and meeting, our team member will proceed by gathering all the required measurements and photos. It is here we’ll connect you with a skilled team member from Elements Design Group, who will forward the design fee and make contact with you.

Design Phase Payment required
Once the design fee has been paid, your dedicated landscape designer from Elements Design Group will begin creating an initial design based on the information gathered during your "Site Visit & Meeting." Due to high demand and seasonal factors, this process may take 1 to 3 weeks. When the initial design is ready, your designer will send it to you for review. Following that, you and the designer will schedule any necessary meetings or calls to discuss revisions, review materials, and go over any other project details to ensure the design aligns with your vision.

Estimate and Deposit Payment required
After you approve the drawing, a team member will provide an estimate based on your approved design. If you accept the estimate and choose to proceed with the project, a 25% deposit of the total project cost will be required before your project can be scheduled.

Scheduling & Starting Your Project No Payment required
Once the deposit is received, we will add you to our schedule. Please note that while we strive to provide an estimated start date, factors beyond our control can significantly impact the timing. If necessary, we will arrange for you to meet with your crew leader on the first day to review the project details.

Your Project Begins! No Payment required
Once your project is underway, you can sit back and enjoy watching your vision and landscape come to life! We will keep you informed with updates as needed throughout the process.
